TITAMETAL metal mesh filters are available in various materials (galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum) and serve different functions within the ventilation system:

1. Droplet Separator downstream of the cooling coil: Highly effective up to a frontal air velocity of 2.7m/s, TITAMETAL captures condensation droplets and discharges them by gravity.
2. Coarse pre-filter (COARSE 40% – G2) upstream of the pleated pre-filter with COARSE 65% (G4) media: Particularly useful in dusty environments, TITAMETAL traps very coarse particles (pollen, insects, sand, etc.) to protect the media pre-filter and extend its lifespan.
3. Thermal protection screen: TITAMETAL absorbs some of the heat generated by the electrical coil and safeguards more sensitive components, such as a filter positioned too close to a hot coil.
